1- Can I return the order after I received it?
We offer 7-days after delivery hassle-free return for your items.
The package must be in original condition. The lenses are not opened and haven’t been used in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
2- What are the conditions to accept my return?
We accept your return in case:
1- You received the wrong color.
2- The package has arrived damaged.
3- How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org “using the same e-mail address you used to order the item” and please write your order number in the email so we can track it fast.
We will see if your order meet our return conditions and then email you to provide an answer about your return if it is accepted or not.
4- What happens after my return is accepted?
We will send you an email containing the address to where you have to send the package. and once your package is received, we will inspect it and report to you with our decision.
If the conditions are met, we will refund you within 3 working days with the same payment method you used to order.
5- When I return my package, who will pay for the return shipping price?
There are two approaches:
1- If your package is damaged or you received the wrong color, we will pay for the return shipping price.
2- If you don’t like the color after you received the package and you decided to return it, then you have to pay for the return shipping price.
